1. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day (preferably filtered water with fresh lemon) 

2. Walk at least 15 to 20 minutes every other day (or an exercise you enjoy)

3. Low-Glycemic eating plan (Use Medifast during weight loss phase and then use low-glycemic grocery store snacks for the maintenance plan)

4. Epsom Salt bath, foot or shower soaks. (This provides magnesium absorption and reduces inflammation quickly)  

5. Dry Skin Brushing at least once a day (tightens and tones skin as you lose fat and cellulite)

Morning Snack:  (any of the choices below)

3 oz. of mixed nuts (a small handful)

2 tbs. sesame seeds

4 brazil nuts

7 walnut halves

10 almonds

12 cashews  

20 pistachios

20 peanuts


Lunch: Lean Protein & Green Vegetables  (smaller than evening meal)

Afternoon Snack: Medifast

Dinner: Lean Protein & Green Vegetables

Evening Snack: Medifast
